Zain Raef is a PhD student in Claudia Contini’s group and a ComeInCell MSCA doctoral network member. Her PhD project focuses on ATPS condensates and polymeric synthetic cells. She is interested in leveraging synthetic biology to develop synthetic cells as disease models and delivery vessels, with the aim of accelerating the translation of innovative cancer research from bench to bedside.
