Sophie Martin

Sophie Martin is a full professor in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Geneva. Her lab focuses on the molecular understanding of how cells polarise and organise their cytoskeleton and membrane to grow, divide, and fuse. To this end, her group uses a combination of quantitative live-cell imaging, electron microscopy and genetic and biochemical approaches.
